The below is the guide to the dashboard area on your client vetting portal and explanations:

Open Projects: This is how many open projects you have. A project is a mirror of your application form, for example if an applicant has completed a BS7858 application form, this will be placed into a BS7858 project, and all other BS7858 vetting's will go into this project. In this example there are X 2 open projects.

Active Files: This is how many live vetting's that are in progress.

Outstanding References: This is how many outstanding employment references there are against the X 2 applicants in live vetting.

Project details: This is the open projects with vetting's being completed and you can click into a project to view the real-time live vetting with the applicants. You can also narrow down and search for a specific project if you have lots of open projects. Just type in the project you are looking for and click search. This will then narrow down to the specific project you are looking for.

To view all projects, just delete the search criteria and click search, this will then open up all the open projects again.

Applications: This is the list of all of your branded vetting application forms.

Search: You can narrow down your list of application forms by typing what you are looking for and click search. To bring them all up clear the search section and click search.

Application Form Name: If you click on any of the applications this will take you into that application section. If you hover over any of the quick link symbols it will also show you the meaning, ie: hover over A and it will show you as All.

You can narrow down what you are looking for in any specific application form:

A: (Meaning All) this is all statuses of the application form. Click on this to bring up all requested applications, applications that have been sent and completed, new applications, rejected application forms.

R: Blue (Meaning Requested ) this is a list of all requested application forms sent out, the time and date sent, applicant name, email address and mobile number. By clicking on this you will only see the applications that are still requested and not completed by the applicant. This is handy to bring this data up so you can chase your applicant to complete and submit their application for vetting.

N: (Meaning New) this is the list of all new applications that have been submitted by the applicants and not been started by Vetting Hub. Note: Vetting Hub start on all new applications the next day at 9am.

R: Red (Meaning Rejected) this is where you will see all rejected application forms, it will show you exactly why Vetting Hub has rejected the application form back to the applicant with a detailed explanation of what was sent to the applicant to update and re-submit. For example: the applicant has submitted their vetting application form and not attached a correct Proof of ID, we have rejected the application form back to the applicant with a list of acceptable Proof of ID documents that they need to update and resubmit. This is a way of ensuring the customer doesn't get charged for applications that will not pass vetting.

Generate Report: in the dashboard area, click on the Generate Report button, this will generate an up to date excel report with a lot of detailed information on all Active, Rejected, Withdrawn and Completed vetting's. It shows everything from vetting start date, certificate numbers, what is remaining and the detailed notes that we have sent to the applicant to respond to.
