As part employment screening, it is a requirement to supply a 5 year HMRC tax statement showing your National Insurance contributions and PAYE. This is so all employments, and benefits can be verified for your history verification. 
PLEASE FOLLOW THE BELOW INSTRUCTIONS:
 
You will receive a separate email from Vetting HUB to link your HMRC account to the vetting software which will pull the correct details. This will be emailed once you have submitted your application for vetting
IF YOU DON’T HAVE A GOVERNMENT GATEWAY ACCOUNT
 
If you don’t have a government gateway registered with yourself, please do this straight away so when you receive the HMRC email from our supplier EBC you can link the account straight away.
 
It will take no more than 3 minutes to complete, please make sure you have your National Insurance Number to hand
