To send out an application form to an applicant , follow the below instructions.

1. On the dashboard area, go to the application section and select which application you want to send, click on the application form link.

2. Click on the Send Request button.

3. Complete the simple applicant details form, the comments section is for internal use only, this is if you want to add a PO number on or a reference number for invoicing purposes. Then click Submit. This will then send an email to the applicant and also an SMS.

4. You will then able to see all the application form statuses. It will show the status and the details of when the application form was sent with the applicant details.

Status understanding:

  • Requested: Means that the applicant still hasn't completed their vetting application form and requires you to chase them up.
  • New: Means that the applicant has completed and submitted the application for Vetting, we will then precheck the application form.
  • Accepted: Means we have accepted the application and you can now view the live vetting in the project.
  • Rejected: Means we have rejected it and requires the applicant to update and then re-submit, to view the details go back to the application and click on the rejected button against the application form.

Note: If the status of the application form is Rejected, this means there was missing information on the application form submitted by the applicant, we have rejected back to the applicant to redo and submit. To view the details of the rejection, go back to the applications and click on the Red R button which will give you details like the below example. This means you can chase the applicant to log back in, update the correct information then re submit for vetting.
