You can view the real time updates of a live vetting by going into the project associated with the applicant. The project is a mirror name of the application form sent out. For example: if you sent out a BS7858 application to Margaret Thatcher, they will be viewed in the BS7858 Project.
On the dashboard area find the project you want to go into
Once you have clicked into the project, you can narrow things down by the following:
- There is a drop down which you can filter View All (This will bring up all applicant vetting files that have the status of Completed, Withdrawn and Live), View Active Only (This will bring up only the live applicants vetting's in progress), View Inactive Only (This will only show Completed and Withdrawn applicants)
- You can also use the search bar to just search for one specific applicant and view all the details.
Understand the vetting information:
It will show the name of the applicant, and the status. In this example the status is active which means the vetting is still live and being completed.
- Progress Bar: There is a progress bar which shows the progress of the vetting
- Hover: Hover over any of the boxes to find out all the details, this will show everything that he have done and notes against the check.
- Gaps in Employment: Any gaps in the employment history will be a grey box, this means that the applicant is required to supply supporting documents.
- Comments: This is the messages that we have sent directly to the applicant via their APP to complete actions. The applicant is fully aware as they get notified via the APP, it is always handy to have the customer chase the applicants to supply what is required as they tend to respond quicker from the employer.
Colour Codes (Blue: Means that that part of the vetting has not started), (Amber: Means the checks have started but not been completed yet), (Green: Means that the element of the vetting has been completed), (Grey: Means the amount of days gap that requires documentation from the applicant to cover), (Red: Means, adverse information)
Note: it is always appreciated if you chase the applicant to supply whatever we have requested, as this always tends to speed up the process as they respond quicker from their employer than from Vetting Hub.
